·Baytown, TX - Facilities & Maintenance Needed $15 and upWHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE Minimum of 2 years prior Building Maintenance experience
Must have experience with hand tools and their proper use
Proven electrical, mechanical, and/or plumbing skills
Safety minded individual
Ability to lift 50 to 75lbs.
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must have ability to obtain a forklift driver certification
Welding and fabrication skills a plus
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, preferred.
Be a dynamic, action oriented team player that is self-motivated and confident in making independent decisions
Good communication and customer service skills to deal with general public and truck drivers
Work Location: Fast paced warehouse environment· WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair on all equipment
Perform inspection and adjustments as prescribed by the manufacturer
