Exciting opportunity to join a brand-new semi-professional baseball league in the central coast! We’re seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to assist the Chief Marketing Director with local sponsorships, ballpark management communications, and managing social media for our team.
As an Assistant Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the league’s success. You’ll help hire Marketing Directors for other teams, guide them on the league’s business plan, and earn significant bonuses for timely and complete execution of objectives.
This part-time position offers the potential to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate.
What We’re Looking For:
A motivated sales assistant to support the league’s sponsorship efforts.
Someone based in south Houston or Galveston
3+ years of sales experience
Strong knowledge of social media
Experience with the hiring process and on boarding
Flexible and able to manage themselves
A team player with strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
Commission-based pay through January ($250 weekly if you sell $500 sponsorships). Starting February: $250 per week base pay. April Bonus: $1,000 for assisting in hiring team Marketing Directors. Profit Sharing: 2% of all league profits (as you assist multiple teams).
