Part time position available to assist a former building developer with labor chores on a residential property on the East End of the Island. This position does not involve a lot of skills, however taking direction is important, as well as being able to read a tape measure correctly. Self starters and skilled are welcomed but not necessary. Tasks range from landscaping, painting, to general labor. Initially this may be up to 20 hours a week. Ideal for a student or retiree supplementing their income. A resume is not necessary however references are required.
