Duties:

answers telephone in a clear understandable manner using proper etiquette in a timely manner

Provide information about the property and all of its amenities and entities and local points of interest.

Make reservations, check guests in and check guests out.

Process all guest requests and take action from putting in wake up calls to notifying the proper personnel for requests or concerns

Be in uniform and maintain a clean professional appearance.

Welcome and acknowledge all guests, anticipate and fulfill all guest requests, and always protect the privacy of guests and the company.

Treat fellow associates with respect and work with one another to accomplish the company's goals.

Ability to listen and respond to all guest inquiries and concerns in a calm professional manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

Reliability to show up on a variety of shifts

Must perform a variety or front desk shifts, AM, PM, Overnight, Weekends & Holidays as needed to ensure efficient operations.

Must have excellent guest service skills

Must be able to multitask

Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.

Must be able to deal with frequent change.

Maximize efforts toward productivity, identify problem areas, and assist in implementing solutions.

Time management skills

Ideal candidate must have the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, be a team player, and be able to creatively think and work within the full spectrum of all that is involved to be successful.

HOUSEKEEPING

We are interested in interviewing reliable and dependable candidates to fill the position.

General duties include but not limited to;

Cleaning rooms to the standards of the hotel

Providing linen exchanges for guests

Processing all dirty and clean linen accordingly in the laundry areas

Cleaning of office restrooms and guest areas.

Providing excellent guest service

While we prefer candidates that have some experience, we are open to those who are trainable, eager to learn, mold-able to providing excellent service, highly proactive, and self motivated. Bilingual candidates are a plus.

Hours are 25+ a week and working anywhere from 8am-5m. More details will be discussed in person during the interview.
