Systems Analyst

Description We are offering a contract for a Systems Analyst role in the government sector, located in GALVESTON, Texas. This role involves a variety of responsibilities including the use of Atlassian Jira, Citrix Technologies, Cloud Technologies, IBM, and Linux Technologies.Responsibilities: Utilizing Atlassian Jira as a key tool in managing projects and tasks Maintaining and troubleshooting Citrix Technologies to ensure optimal system performance Leveraging Cloud Technologies to support and improve the efficiency of operations Working with IBM systems to process and analyze data Applying Linux Technologies for system configuration and management Conducting AB Testing to improve user experience and system functionality Managing the Active Directory to ensure secure and efficient access to network resources Implementing Agile Scrum methodologies in project management Overseeing Backup Technologies to safeguard critical data Developing and refining Business Requirement Documents to align with organizational goals. Requirements Candidate must possess extensive knowledge in Atlassian Jira to manage projects and track issues effectively. Proficiency in Citrix Technologies is required for virtualization and networking. Must have a solid understanding of Cloud Technologies for efficient data storage and retrieval. Familiarity with IBM systems and software is essential for seamless operation. Expertise in Linux Technologies is required for system administration tasks. Experience in AB Testing is needed to compare versions of a web page or app and to improve them. Knowledge in Active Directory is crucial for managing networked resources. Must be well-versed in Agile Scrum methodologies for project management. Proficiency in Backup Technologies is essential to ensure data safety and recovery. Ability to create detailed Business Requirement Documents to outline necessary changes and improvements.
