Summary: To perform all shipping and receiving duties, including materials handling and organization. Responsible for the daily shipping and receiving functions of the plant. Key Responsibilities:

Receive, check and validate the accuracy of incoming materials

Enter receipts into computer

Print receiving tickets

Identify received materials and deliver for storage/use

Pull, package, and ship parts orders according to established procedures

Track packages as requested Apply shipping charges to customer orders for invoicing

Issue return authorizations

Reconcile pallets

Weigh outgoing product

Load outgoing materials

Put stock in designated locations, as needed

Maintain a clean organized warehouse, dock and shipping office

Scrap handling including preparation for pick-up

Participate in physical inventory and cycle counts

Report inventory discrepancies

Consistently achieves shipment of products without delays or returns

Complies with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements/procedures at all times

Read and interpret instructions to retrieve, assemble and prepare products/materials for shipment

Operate site computerized system and perform required data entry

Perform other duties, as assigned

What You Bring to Pacific Seafood:

Required

High school diploma or GED

Two years related experience and/or training

Equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred

Forklift Certification

Pay:$17 hourly
