We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Representative to join our team. As a Customer Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Your excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will help build strong relationships with our customers and contribute to our company's success.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner

Provide product and service information to customers

Process orders and returns

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Identify and escalate potential issues to management

Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

1-2 years of customer service experience

Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (may vary depending on business needs)
