Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner
Provide product and service information to customers
Process orders and returns
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Identify and escalate potential issues to management
Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years of customer service experience
Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (may vary depending on business needs)
