The Contact Center Representative is critical to Solis Mammography and functions as the liaison between the patient and the center by providing efficient, empathetic excellent service which impacts the profitability of the organization.At Solis Mammography, our patient-focused culture is at the heart of every interaction. As the nation’s leader in breast health services, our commitment to providing excellence in patient care is realized at every level of our organization.Candidates for this part-time role must be available for full-time training from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for the first three weeks of employment.SCHEDULE

Great Hours – Shifts will fall between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays and will be confirmed at time of offer.

RESPONSIBILITIES – HOW WILL YOU KNOW YOU ARE SUCCESSFUL?Operations

Understand, promotes and demonstrates the Solis Way;

Exhibits proficient customer service, effective listening, and empathy through routine customer interactions, like scheduling, via phone, email, or chat;

De-escalate situations by offering assistance and support to dissatisfied patients

Meeting or exceeding key performance indicators including but are not limited to average handle time, quality, attendance, and schedule adherence;

Service

Maintains patient confidentiality 100% of the time;

Maintains productivity, ensures minimal downtime.

Team Focus

Adheres to and promotes the Solis “Promise Book” culture;

Forms strong working relationships within the team and treats each other with respect;

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

High diploma or equivalent required with college coursework preferred;

Call center and healthcare with scheduling experience preferred;

Minimum one year's experience in a fast-paced customer service-oriented employment required;

Types at least 30 - 40 wpm and strong computer skills;

Strong verbal communication and listening skills;

Must be able to multi-task with various computer programs/applications;

Bilingual in English/Spanish; English/Vietnamese; English/Mandarin or English/Arabic preferred
