Job OverviewKeurig Dr Pepper is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as the Sr Manager, Talent Technology & Operations. Joining a newly created team, you will be a key senior leader amongst the Human Resources Talent Technology & Analytics Team. You will be responsible for building a technology roadmap to enable and deliver against the talent maturity roadmap for the company. This position will centralize talent program execution, operations, and technology under one team to run and optimize operations for all the core talent processes, programs, leverage technology, automation, standardization for a better user experience and operational efficiency. What you’ll do:

Standardize, streamline, automate core processes with the Talent space

Oversee the delivery of core Talent programs and processes

Operationalize basic reporting and dashboards in support of Talent programs

Develop, collaborate on, and deliver a robust Talent Technology roadmap in support of the talent maturity roadmap for KDP

Deliver new technology in support of the evolution of talent processes and strategy

Lead a team of technology and operations roles, driving for individual and team goal achievement, individual development and growth, and strategic alignment to Human Resources and KDP initiatives

Maintain knowledge and stay up to date on industry trends, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to drive continuous improvement

Use data to drive decision making

Exhibits teamwork and a collaborative work ethic with colleagues

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational development, or related

8+ years combination of business leadership, talent, human resources leadership roles

Strong business acumen and understanding of how talent programs integrate into and support the business cycle and achievement of business objectives

Ability to prioritize multiple, and competing demands of the business while driving execution on time

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making

Strong strategic skills, excellent c communication skills, and ability to influence across all levels of an organization

Demonstrated ability to seek out and is synthesize multifaceted ideas and information to create simple and high-impact solutions

Track record of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
