Senior Director - Head of Global Integrated Facilities Management

The Global Integrated Facility Management Head (IFM Head) will be responsible for setting the strategic solutions to rationalizing our asset preservation via a long-term oriented plan directly signed off by our Executive Committee members. Our IFM Head will exude executive presence to allow for clear and often articulation of critical facility updates and communications to our entire Associate workforce. This role will have direct responsibility of maintaining and developing procurement solutions to drive economies of scale for all physical asset classes.The Global IFM Head will strategically lead our Firm’s journey to achieve increased efficiency and operational reliability while reducing carbon and lowering cost with connected building automation, IoT and data analytics solutions that leverage people, processes, and integrated technology. This leader will develop a strategic road map to reduce asset lifecycle costs, improve performance and reliability, and reduce carbon emissions by upgrading, optimizing, retrofitting, and monitoring the building systems in our global portfolio. Additionally, this role will help us to transform our workplace into a destination of choice through people-centric, technology-enabled workplace experience services to increase employee engagement, optimize performance and deliver meaningful workspace insights. Self-performance of Soft Services

On-Demand Maintenance and Project Services

Facility updates and communications in partnership with Corporate Communications

Educational Requirements

University (Degree) Preferred
