Paralegal

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Paralegal in Frisco, Texas. The selected candidate will be part of our dynamic team, focused on labor and employment litigation. The role involves case preparation, trial support, and interaction with various government agencies and regulatory bodies. Federal filings experience is required.Responsibilities: Assisting in the preparation and support of labor and employment litigation cases. Managing and organizing litigation documents and correspondence. Drafting, filing, and responding to legal documents, motions, pleadings, and discovery. Liaising and communicating with government agencies and regulatory bodies, such as the EEOC. Conducting legal research related to labor and employment matters, including civil service laws, collective bargaining, and meet-and-confer procedures. Tracking case progress through PACER and maintaining an organized case docket. Preparing exhibits, witness lists, and other trial materials for litigation cases. Maintaining and updating client files while ensuring compliance with deadlines. Effectively communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
