Organizational Development & EffectivenessThe Director, Organizational Development & Effectiveness is part of a center of excellence that advises Client Partnership teams and other COEs on organizational development and effectiveness best practices, strategies and tactics. They will be responsible for building OD/OE capability within the People Team, driving consistent delivery, and serving as an advisor to other COEs.Key Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible for upskilling the People Team on OD/OE processes and best practices to build capability and ensure consistent delivery and implementation.

Act as a consultant to other COEs and Client Partnership teams on OD/OE practices, inclusive of organizational and operating model assessment and design.

Leads large-scale, enterprise-wide special projects that need an OD/OE expertise, ensuring that we are executing on change management plans in partnership with the Enterprise Change Management Office.

Partner with teams across the Diversity & Talent Office to integrate organizational development and effectiveness best practices into talent processes, acting in an advisory capacity.

Conduct research on benchmarking and industry best practices to advise Client Partnership teams, as needed.

Anticipated Posting End Date:2024-04-22Base Pay Range: $120,000/yr. - $165,000/yr.Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
