The Business Transformation Lead role organizes and controls resources/processes for an enterprise level, multi-year program that has complex and deep impact in support of our Mission to Lead in Lifetime Income, Delight Our Clients, and Strengthen How We Operate. The focus of the role is on supporting the transformation team by contributing to specific initiatives or projects and providing analysis, communication, and change management support.Key Responsibilities and Duties
Works with the transformation leaders to support the development and implementation of specific initaitives or projects. Identifies opportunities for improvement and develops solutions.
Conducts analysis and provides insights. Uses data to identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement.
Communicates with stakeholders and builds collaborative relationships.
Supports an established program plan and monitors progress and performance against this plan.
Identifies and resolves obstacles to completing program on time and to budget.
