Job Title: Customer Account Representative Duration: Contract coverage (medical leave), 6+ months Location: South Houston Details: Chemical manufacturing company located South Houston is looking for an experienced Customer Account Representative to join their team! Focus includes-
Extensive account management including communication with customers (verbal/written)
Creating sales orders and providing status updates to customers and sales
Logistics and tracking inventory/shipments
Invoicing and collecting payments
Top consideration given to candidates with-
3+ years of experience in a similar role, strong focus on international and chemical
Excellent communication and people skills
Collaborative, team player ready to hit the ground running
Comfortable working in multiple softwares simultaneously (MS Dynamics, AX, NAV)
Degree highly preferred, strong MS Office including Advanced Excel is a MUST
Offering $25-28/hr depending on experience
Role sits onsite M-F
