TA Material Coordinator:The Lead TA Material Coordinator/Expediter Role works within the Global Maintenance and Procure to Pay Work Processes to requisition and ensure timely delivery of materials, and then lead a team of marshallers to validate material quantity and specifications, kit and stage the materials, and issue to a contractor work force. maintenance activities within production plants. Responsibilities:-Selects the appropriate requisition method based on company guidelines (SAP, Pro-card, MRO warehouse).

Progresses Plant Maintenance Orders through the Global Maintenance Work Process by setting user status MAT3.rnt

-Tracks and expedites Purchase Request until PO is issued. Communicates status to requestor. -Directs requestors to Outside Shops process for Repair and Return items, as applicable. -Acts as focal point for Procurement policies and changes in his/her assigned area. Coaches end users to follow policies. -Expedites orders due or past due for delivery, focusing on high priority orders. -Works with vendors to update delivery date on PO if material will not arrive by due date. -Troubleshoots Receiving/Invoicing issues for vendors and plant contacts, working through the appropriate Procure to Pay processes. -Assists end users in resolving discrepancy emails (DP documents) from Procurement. Requires expertise in Procurement process. -Requests pricing updates on POs per appropriate Procure to Pay process. -Works between PPM coordinator and Material Coordinator DAS to ensure Material Codes are available as needed. troubleshooting may be required. -Enters requests to add/change Vendor Codes as needed. -Champions and follows the Ariba process to order materials. Coaches/trains end users on the process and provides feedback to leadership on improvement opportunities. -Champions and follows the QSPP process in his/her area to recognize good or bad vendor performance. -Attends and participates in Material Coordinator Network Meetings. -Backs up other Material Coordinators per schedule.-Collaborates with identified SMEs to document quality of critical MRO parts.-Accountable to ensure all materials meet the time requirements of the identified TA scope, with particular attention to verification of long lead items.-Complete the Platinum tasks associated with the Platinum TA work process and present material readiness in stage gate.-Leads a team of material marshallers ranging from 4 to 18 -Validate that TA components meet specifications -Stage the material per a defined strategy.-issue the material insuring accountability and traceability.-Manage the disposition of left over material, and create a material finalization report to document material consumed, bin stocked, returned to vendor, and discarded.Qualifications: -Experience with Requisitioning, Expediting Material, and Procurement processes in SAP. -Ability to prioritize and track issues across many vendors and many end users. -Experience with Ariba is a plus.-High proficiency in excelTurnaround Material Coordinator (TA MC) will have overall responsibility and accountability to ensure all maintenance material and equipment is available for plant turnarounds and pitstops.
