The ideal candidate is results driven with excellent attention to detail, highly skilled in both verbal and written communication, and possesses the ability to identify and solve problems to resolutionAs a Associate IV, you create chemistry by Utilizing your experience, working with the Acrylic Acid team, you will analyze monthly cost to look for improvements and report them to the DST and Management. You will have responsibility for Accounts Payable and Procurement activities for the Acrylic Acid Department (Work Cycle, NTB, PR’s, PO’s) ensuring that high value invoices are paid on time at the correct amount and aligned with the Acrylic Acid Cost Accountant for proper period accruals. Facilitating/Participating in Monthly Cost and Annual Operating Plan reviews for the Acrylic Acid team to optimize cost and look for improvement opportunities. Supporting the operations team with administrative and miscellaneous tasks. Working well under tight deadlines and perform multiple duties simultaneously. Compiling complex presentations in Microsoft Power point, and spreadsheets with formula / pivot tables / analysis capabilities in Excel. Developing procedures to streamline office operations. Being proactive in problem solving. Effectively interacts in a team environment. Coordinating new employee set-up. Participating in billing process. Reconciling and auditing invoices (non-raw materials). Fire Retardant Clothing coordination (i.e. order, size, issue resolution, etc.). Housekeeping Landlord. Coordinating team celebrations and service awards. Calendar management with independent decision-making to accommodate conflicting meeting requests, and management of calendar invites. Working independently while handling correspondence and responding where appropriate. Procurement activities and Invoice processing following BASF protocol. Work with the understanding of a high degree of confidentiality. Perform and follow-up in various projects and administrative functions for the department requiring both specific and general administrative knowledge. Lead the document management system for the unit to maintain compliance utilizing MS TEAMS, SharePoint, and controlled document software.If you Have a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of administrative experience Are Highly proficient in MS Office Suites software, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and are also flexible and open to learning new technologies to improve efficiency. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment. Are multi-task oriented and able to manage tight deadlines, have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail as well as excellent interpersonal skills to efficiently assist internal / external customers.
