Production Team Member

Responsible for operating various machines to produce corrugated paperboard material.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.)Produce parts as directed by material control, and or the engineering department so to attain the required production levels and quality.Prep and inspect parts for final production.Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.Set stops or guides to specified length as indicated by scale, rule, or template.Observe machine operations to detect workpiece defects or machine malfunction.Monitor the output of quality parts through inspection, scrap records, statistical process controls, and station control sheets.Measure workpiece dimensions to determine accuracy of machine operation.Feed scrap corrugated paperboard material into machineHeld accountable for driving forklift and moving material from production to outbound area.Held accountable for order picking and loading semi-trucks with forklift.Perform other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: (The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required to perform this job.)Education and Experience Requirements:High School diploma or general education degree (GED)PHYSICAL DEMANDS: (The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
