The Quality and Test Report Coordinator will support our internal stakeholders and customers to deliver exceptional customer support while increasing customer satisfaction.You will make an impact by:

Providing timely responses to internal customers, regarding Test reports.

Collect, compile, and organize test data from various sources, including test reports, observations, and measurements.

Enter test data into databases or other data management systems accurately and in a timely manner.

Facilitate timely solutions to customer issues by utilizing available resources or creating procedures for resolution.

Maintaining a competency level of product, product-specific documents, production process, and capabilities.

Maintain documentation and records related to test reports, ensuring they are properly stored and accessible.

Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in data management.

Foster and maintain a positive customer centric environment.

Train peers as appropriate.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic Qualifications:

Experience in a customer facing role supporting a manufacturing or distribution setting

Microsoft Office and business software proficiency

High School Diploma or equivalent

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years’ experience in a technical or manufacturing/engineering environment.

Office/Administrative experience 

Advanced Microsoft Office and business software system experience

Knowledge of electrical testing procedures and terminology

Associate degree in related discipline

The pay range for this position is $51,030 - $87,480. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
