Line cooks are responsible for a particular type of food or preparation method, such as butcher, fish, vegetable, sauté, roast, or grill.Responsibilities
Prepare and cook various types of food including cutting meat, mixing sauces, chopping vegetables, and preparing ingredients.
Clean and set up prep stations before each shift.
Ensure quality control by checking food prep and storage areas to comply with health and safety regulations.
Assist executive and sous chefs with daily tasks.
