Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity in Fort Worth, Texas for an IT Audit Analyst. This role is within the industry of technology and cybersecurity. As an IT Audit Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring cybersecurity technology and operational controls, ensuring regulatory compliance, and facilitating user access reviews among other responsibilities.Responsibilities: Monitor the effectiveness of cybersecurity technology and operational controls to ensure regulatory compliance. Conduct regular reviews on user access rights, working in conjunction with management to design or revise system user roles to align with user roles and responsibilities. Facilitate user access reviews for various systems, including on-prem servers, Windows, Linux, databases, applications, cloud resources, manually or using automated access review tools. Acquire knowledge or exhibit willingness to learn IGA tools such as SailPoint IdentityNow, Sonrai Security. Prepare and scope reviews, coordinating with stakeholders to develop an understanding of the business, technology, and key risks and controls to be assessed. Attend meetings with process and control owners to ensure enterprise level access controls are properly created to address any access related risks identified by management. Facilitate and track audit remediation activities with stakeholders until completion. Collaborate with internal auditors and regulatory examiners to collect and prepare requested documents, consulting with stakeholders on remediation efforts. Carry out special projects related to cybersecurity as assigned by management. Assess the effectiveness of controls to mitigate identified risks and propose solutions for process improvements related to audit remediation efforts. Analyze material risks in relation to the company's priorities and overall strategy, monitoring internal and external factors and applying key business initiatives.Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Familiarity with Materials Handling Proven experience in Database Design Ability to conduct thorough reviews and audits Knowledge of security principles and practices Consulting experience, ideally within an IT environment Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Data analysis skills, with an emphasis on identifying trends and patterns Ability to effectively engage with a variety of stakeholders Familiarity with cloud technologies and relevant monitoring tools Experience in conducting audits and inspections Proven ability to drive process improvement initiatives Knowledge of servers, including Windows OS and Linux Ability to generate clear and concise specifications Experience in a HIPAA-regulated environment Familiarity with change management practices General IT proficiency, with a broad understanding of key principles Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
