Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Assistant in FORT WORTH, Texas. You will be playing a significant role in our team, focusing on enhancing the overall employee experience while ensuring smooth HR operations. This role is crucial to managing various administrative tasks within our HR department.Responsibilities: Oversee the accurate maintenance of employee files, update personal information, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations Manage job postings, screen resumes, and coordinate with hiring managers for recruitment processes Take charge of the onboarding process for new employees and coordinate with supervisors for smooth transitions Assist with data entry tasks for payroll operations Be the point of contact for general employee inquiries and respond efficiently Handle company announcements and newsletter distributions Manage office supplies, maintain spreadsheets, and provide general support to the HR team Participate actively in organization design efforts to improve workforce efficiency Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits Utilize your skills in Benefit Functions, Human Resources (HR) Administration, and Human Resources Management System effectively. Requirements Proven experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration. Proficiency in Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS). Understanding of benefit functions including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee welfare programs. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with employees and management. Solid knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations. Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to make sound decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications. Capacity to work effectively in a team and independently. Familiarity with hiring processes and recruitment strategies. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proactive attitude and ability to anticipate potential HR issues.
