We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) aircraft.This position is onsite in Fort Worth.Avionics & ElectricalDevelop Electronic Modules utilized in the control and monitoring of various systems on-board the aircraft. Tasks include circuit design, PC board layout, software design, verification and integration on Bell Helicopter products.What you’ll be doing as a Electronics Engineer
Assist with the development, design, testing and certification documentation for new or modified printed circuit board modules for aircraft
Apply electrical engineering theory and the operation of electronic test equipment to functionally test and troubleshoot avionics/electrical modules or systems
Assist with validation of electronic circuit design concepts using SPICE software
Design printed circuit board layouts using Altium design software
Utilize VHDL to modify and maintain Programmable Logic Devices
Assist with preparation of engineering certification reports to document system designs that meet the requirements of certification authorities
Assist with preparation of functional test documents to verify proper operation of electronic assemblies
QualificationsSkills You Bring To this Role
Software programing experience with C program language
Experience with Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) integrated circuits
Experience with Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD)
Programing experience with VHDL and Verilog
Familiarity with the application of aerospace standards (DO-254, DO-160, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-454) or similar industry standards.
What you need to be successful
At least 5 years of experience in Electronics Engineering or related field
Bachelor’s degree with a Major in Electrical Engineering.
Advanced degrees will be considered as additional experience.
Related degrees with relevant experience will be considered.
