Director ADP Program Integration

Description: This position represents the office of the Skunk Works VP and GM and the ADP Skunk Works Executive Leadership Team and has the responsibility, accountability, and authority for Program Management integration across ADP Skunk Works. This role requires continuous evaluation of the success of the ADP Skunk Works organization through a variety of metrics, customer feedback, discretionary budget and employee survey initiatives and is responsible for the project management of special assignments and initiatives to monitor and assess program performance against goals and objectives. Expectations of this position includes knowledge and understanding of LM Aero functions, risk management, discretionary resources, processes and implementing effective business processes through change management. Critical interaction required with internal stakeholders to manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and providing the yearly oversite and out year planning of NBF and PP&E discretionary funds ($400M) with strategic alignment to IT, and BD. Utilizes problem solving and intervention techniques to assist with resolution organizational issues. Facilitates and negotiates agreed-to solutions. Acts as the liaison for overall communications across multiple sites. Coordinates with customers, internal management, all functions, and LOBs to produce desired end products within directed schedule and funding constraints. Responsible for promoting the enterprise perspective while ensuring the delivery of solutions to successfully meet ADP Skunk Works Programs commitments. Responsible for leadership of Program Integration activities across the ADP Skunk Works organization to drive cost and schedule accountability through continuous improvement initiatives, cross-organizational collaboration, and cultural change throughout the organization. Identify, prioritize, and correct systems, processes and tool gaps that enable continuous improvement across the team. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $180,000 - $300,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
