RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce's client in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Desktop/ERP Support Technician for one of their favorite clients. This position will serve as a go-between for the client's offsite network/server MSP and internal users. The ideal candidate will also be the Break/Fix point of contact internally, as well as assist with scales/printers/etc. that go offline.
REQUIREMENTS: Deep knowledge of Microsoft environment and technology/software in general Strong experience working with networking, desktop PC support, server maintenance, firewalls, etc. Experience working with an ERP Big plus if you have familiarity with the client's ERP software: Canopy Prior experience working in a food production or manufacturing company where the units of measure are pounds, cases, pallets, etc. would be extremely helpful Ability to quickly get onsite in the event a server/printer/etc. goes down Ability to self-manage yourselfKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
