Data Analyst Associate Manager (Level 4)

Description: We are Lockheed MartinThe position is on the Performance & Decision Analytics Modeling & Analytics team within the F-35 Sustainment DSA organization.Assist in the Managing and leading of the multi-company P&DA Data Staging product team within the F35 Sustainment organization. Provide leadership, direction, and guidance for sustainment modeling. Activities to include: 1) Develop, Construct, and Assess Data Models Elements/Attributes 2) Construct and delivery contractually obligated data sets 3) compare and contrast historical changes/performance over time of data elements/attributes 4) Document processes and procedures to construct data model attributes & attributes. Manage team efforts using EVMS, applicable Command Media, and Systems Engineering principles within allocated budget and scheduleSupervisory tasks include staffing and promotion decisions, labor charging review and approval, training coordination, facilities coordination, management of personnel task assignment,recruitment of new personnel, performance appraisal and merit determination/review.Provide technical and analytical support, recommendations, and consultation to the wider Performance & Decision Analytics and F-35Sustainment leadership teams.Manage organizational interfaces between customer and other F-35sustainment teams.Provide supervision to meet schedules and to resolve critical/complex technical & operational problems through subordinate leads.The candidate will operate in a virtual and dynamic environment with cross-functional teams where he/she will have to manage competing priorities to help deliver solutions to complex dataproblems.What’s In It For YouOur employees play an active role in strengthening the quality of life where we live and work by volunteering more than 850,000 hours annually.
