Join our team and help build engineering solutions that change the industry.Job SummaryThe Cycle Counter is responsible for conducting daily cycle counts and helping to maintain inventory control, and moving materials within or near the district, service center, yard, or work site.Shift hours:

M-Thurs: 12p-8:30p, Friday: 10a-6:30p

Overtime dependent on business needs

Job  Duties/Responsibilities  may include, but are not limited to:

Unload, stock and inventory all deliveries

Assist with new orders, cycle counts and RFID operations

Read and understand SOPs and Risk Assessments

Ability to understand Inventory Control Process

Exhibits equipment and product understanding

Ability to read work orders and follow verbal instruction

Counts, weighs, secures, tags, palettize and stacks materials and maintains accurate records of material movement

Maintains work area, machines, and equipment

Assists in developing a culture that works to achieve and maintain an accident-free workplace

Performs inventory counts as required to keep the established count schedule to meet yearly count requirements

Completes counts in a timely manner and stays on task throughout the shift. Counts returned are performed accurately and efficiently

Performs recounts as necessary and inventory reconciliation tasks to ensure quality control and the data integrity

Presents counts in a well-defined manner. Follows the relevant processes.

Displays strong attention to detail including numbers, letters, locations, etc

Helps to identify and consolidate product when necessary, removing empty bins, pallets, or non-conforming inventory product as instructed

Maintains general knowledge of system driven Cycle Count Forms

Performs other job duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of one years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Must be able to become forklift certified within 30 days

Must be able to effectively operate hand-held scanner (inventory transaction device) within 30 days

Ability to use identification tools (engraver, metal stamps, paint pen) to mark product

Ability to read and interpret dimensional drawings
