About the Position: This position is under the supervision of the Materiel Fielding and Training Directorate, Responsibilities Manage curriculum and training materials as training specialist responsible for overarching functions of NET development and management. Responsible for training management such as classroom or training area set up, coordinate tools that are needed to execute training, track student attendance and participation, and manage student records. Manage or assist in training development as a system and training subject matter expert making recommendations on training methods, aids, hands-on exercises, classroom instructions and test/evaluation of students. Provide mission and instructor feedback to team lead and supervisor on all mission elements. Provide overall maintenance of their assigned courses and determine the need for and initiates changes/updates in course content. Perform maintenance; perform equipment modifications, installation and assembly needed to prepare equipment. Demonstrate proficiency in tools and mediums used to develop, edit, or deliver training. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Position may be filled as a time-limited promotion, reassignment or change to lower grade not to exceed (NTE) 5 years by a current permanent Army employee. Time-limited promotions may be extended up to a maximum of five years. Time-limited reassignments and changes to lower grade may exceed five years, however return rights may be impacted.
