Overview
Senior Field Execution Lead (PMMC-22-1421-F):Bowhead seeks a Field Execution Lead (FEL) in Fort Bliss, TX. The FEL will provide commanders and staff recommendations on how to best leverage JBC-P systems to meet their operational needs. Fielding Teams are led by an FSR qualified Fielding Execution Lead responsible for managing the efforts of installers, NET Trainers, and Integrated Logistics Specialist (ILS) personnel.ResponsibilitiesEssential functions will include: Possess a thorough knowledge of FBCB2-BFT/JCR/JCR-LOG and JBC-P/JBC-P LOG systems. Oversee execution of New Equipment Fielding Events. Conduct or Oversee installations on any baseline platforms IAW unit authorization. Provide support for initial and follow-on testing for systems supported under PM JBC-P. Operate Defense Advanced GPS (Global Positioning System) Receiver (DAGR). Diagnose and troubleshoot JBC-P/ FBCB2/JCR/BFT/JCR-LOG/JBC-P LOG Hardware, Software, and Network that are non-operational while conducting fielding missions. Advise the war fighter on how to Integrate and leverage the capabilities of the FBCB2, FBCB2-BFT, JCR, JCR-Log, and JBC-P/JBC-P LOG systems into satisfying operational requirements. Load and zero transceivers using the Field Service Station (FSS) or FSS-like tool when developed. Perform hard drive purging to include completing/filing proper documentation IAW Army Security Regulations. Troubleshoot JBC-P/FBCB2/FBCB2-BFT/JCR/JCR-LOG network operations. On-site post-installation support to include map loading, provisioning, updating firmware, installation, de-installation, and updating of A-Kits (to include non-standard tactical vehicles if required by PM MC), troubleshooting, and training. Instructor Qualified to perform classroom training on all JBC-P family of system Programs of instruction and/or Over-The-Shoulder training at test events. Ability to install maps. Knowledgeable of Network Operations. Support JBC-P logistics actions.QualificationsMS + 3 years or BA/BS +4 or AA/HS + 8 years of experience. Requires Active DoD Secret security clearance. Must be a US Citizen, be worldwide deployable, have a valid US Driver's License and be able to obtain a valid passport within 30 days of employment. Military experience preferred.Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 25-50 pounds Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodicallySECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level.
