Here’s What You Need
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field OR 4 Years Relevant experience in lieu of a degree. (required)
4 Years Related IS experience. Experience in healthcare (Highly Preferred)
Experience utilizing modern systems management solutions such as SCCM and Synapse for application modification and/or deployment. (required)
PACS, RIS and Voice Recognition systems experience (Highly Preferred)
What You Will DoProvide day to day systems/application administration and support to assigned departments, clinics, and/or entities, onsite and virtually. Independently work on problems of high complexity. Coordinate with internal and external technical partners as needed.
Deliver application using deployment systems, oversee upgrades and enhancements, and coordinate interfaces of applications
Oversee management of compliance to security, ITIL and ITS standards.
Coordinate new user applications training for assigned departments, clinics, and/or entities.
Proficiently demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of multiple systems/applications and their integration and business needs and processes.
