Position Summary:Using data and analytics from the business' past performance and future projections, develop and coordinate the activities of functional teams within the Communication business unit. These analytics will drive high quality standards, expense management, capacity, customer satisfaction and hitting financial targets.Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, coordinate and ensure the implementation of activities for the functional teams within Customer Care and the Communications BU
Partner with front line management and leadership across the business unit to help them run their teams more efficiently and help them hit Key Performance Objectives
Partner with the commercial operations team, managers and senior leaders from the Communications business unit to set overall goals and priorities
Using Data and Analytics, suggest required process improvement needs and partner with functional groups to see though execution
Submit periodic reports, in writing and in person, to appropriate personnel
Assist in planning, administering, and forecasting budgets and revenue projections
Make budgetary recommendations on capital expenditures and direct/indirect and/or overtime labor
Bring technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of data, then process, design and present it in ways to help people and the business make better decisions
Create and assist in the development and maintenance of Standard Work
Peer leader of the Commercial Operations team providing mentorship and direction
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or related a related field
6 plus years of related experience
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, SQL, database management systems, Oracle, SAP.
Experience directly communicating with Sr. leadership
Experience influencing the business with data
Experience working within a large matrixed organization
Must be able to resolve complex issues of a broad scope using independent judgment.
124,110 - 203,000 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.About StrykerOur benefits:
