We are YUDENICH TRANSPORT, INC and BELLA LEO TRUCKING, INC, FedEx Ground contractors, in El Paso, Texas. We are looking for responsible Delivery Drivers to distribute products/merchandise safely and efficiently to our customers.
We are hiring seasonal employees (September to January) with possibility of permanent position. Strong work ethic to make local residential and business deliveries (CDL license not required).
If you have been a local driver, route driver, truck driver, courier, pick up driver, delivery driver, and you have driven for UPS, Amazon, DHL, previous FedEx companies, Wal-Mart, Uber, Lyft, or any other similar companiesthat is already an advantage! We have a job waiting for you as we are hiring urgently and immediately.
REQUIREMENTS:
Be at least 21 years of age
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
Pass a drug test (includes marijuana) with continued random drug screens throughout employment
Pass DOT physical
Be able to safely lift/carry up to 75lbs and up to 150lbs
Pass FedEx criminal background check
Have reliable transportation to and from work. Be on time and ready to work.
Be able to climb stairs
Be able to work in all types of weather
Have a positive attitude and a lot of initiative
DAILY DUTIES include but not limited to:
Your vehicle must be operated safely at all times
Delivery and pick up of packages to businesses and residences. Routes vary in number of pick-ups and deliveries, but expectations are a driver will routinely perform minimum of 140 stops a day depending on daily volume.
Perform daily inspection of vehicle including checking fluid levels
Loading vehicle and organizing daily loads
Provide exceptional customer service and great communication skills with manager
Integrity is a must
Consistently deliver entire route in a timely manner
5-6 workdays (must be able to work weekends) Peak season we work some Sundays.
Paid training will be provided that covers delivery/route procedures, standard equipment operations, customer service skills, and driver safety.
