Independent Medical Sales Executive (100% Commission-Based) Location: Remote / Territory-Based
Compensation: Uncapped commission - potential earnings exceeding $250,000 per year by onboarding just one new patient weekly.
About the Opportunity:
Elite Biologix works with RxWound and is actively seeking a highly motivated, independent sales professional to connect healthcare providers, clinics, and patients with advanced wound care solutions. This role is ideal for a results-driven salesperson who thrives in a performance-based environment with flexible scheduling. As a 1099 contractor, you will have full autonomy while benefiting from comprehensive training, industry expertise, and a strong product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
✓ Promote RxWound's wound care solutions to physicians, healthcare professionals, and patients.
✓ Develop and manage a sales territory, fostering long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
✓ Present product benefits and treatment protocols to medical staff and decision-makers.
✓ Implement sales and marketing strategies to increase adoption of RxWound's products and services. Maintain ongoing communication with healthcare providers to ensure customer satisfaction and product success.
✓ Participate in training sessions, sales meetings, and networking opportunities to enhance skills and industry knowledge.
✓ Ensure regulatory compliance and meet all necessary credentialing requirements.

Qualifications:
✓ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✓ Competence and caring in speaking to health care providers and senior citizens
✓ Ability to work independently and remotely
✓ Ability to make sales calls in-person and over the phone
✓Wound care experience preferred
✓ Four-year college degree
