The Turf Cleaning Sales Representative is responsible for reaching out to potential customers, following up with leads, and educating them about our professional turf cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with new and existing leads via phone and text
Provide detailed information about turf cleaning services
Create accurate and professional quotes
Explain and promote membership plans and discounts
Maintain detailed records of all communications
Assist customers with scheduling
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable making calls
Basic computer skills
Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented
