Compensation and Benefits:
Year One: $75,000 - $90,000
Year Two: $120,000 - $180,000
Year Three: $200,000 +
100% Remote Work Environment.

Talented individuals who demonstrate exceptional performance and a keen interest in expanding their skill set will have the opportunity to transition into a Full Desk Account Executive role after six months.
Please Note - Our team works on a 1099 and 100% Commission Based to Start.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales/Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive at TalentNexus, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and recruitment efforts, primarily focusing on tech-based roles. Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication, including phone calls, understanding their hiring needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and market knowledge to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with our recruiting team to source and match top-tier talent with client requirements.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to remain competitive in the recruitment landscape.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience or bachelor’s degree. (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, remote work or account management roles, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Tech-savvy mindset with a genuine interest in the tech industry and emerging trends.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a drive to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
