Key Responsibilities –
Monitor compliance with the Hours of Service (HOS) regulations through in-house audits.
Review accident file contents for accuracy and documents needed / knowledge of accident claims
Assist in vehicle driver training is completed with every active new hire / orientation
Assist in hands on training is completed with every active new driver / elogs
Assist with all aspects of training and provide ongoing training as new initiatives are implemented.
Analysis and identification of risk trends, problems and solutions.
Candidate must possess working knowledge of DOT guidelines,
Skills/Knowledge Required
Knowledge of Word/Excel/PowerPoint/HigherRight/Mcleod
Experience DOT / FMCSA regulations
Accident Claims processing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to establish priorities and manage workload.
Experience a plus but not necessary, we are willing to train.
