Are you a natural closer with hands-on knowledge of roofing and home repairs?
We’re looking for a motivated, self-drivenOutside Sales Representativeto generate leads, inspect properties, and close deals. This role involvesdoor-to-door outreach,roof inspections, and strong communication skills. You’ll be paid based on performance —the more you sell, the more you earn.
Responsibilities:
Canvass neighborhoods and generate new customer leads
Conduct roof inspections and basic repair assessments
Educate customers about services and walk them through the repair or replacement process
Create job estimates and assist in closing contracts
Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth hand-off
Maintain follow-up with potential clients
Qualifications:
Sales experience (door-to-door or in-field preferred)
Roofing or home repair knowledge required
Physically able to climb and inspect roofs
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and organized
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Must have your own vehicle and clean record
Compensation:
100% Commission-Based (high earning potential)
