Super busy property management company has an immediate opening for a full-time year round landscape maintenance team member.
This position is for a mature, reliable person who can work independently, use email, photos and text messages to coordinate work within a set weekly schedule.
Must be 18 years old or older, have a valid drivers license, insurance and a clean driving record. Experience with trimming, pruning and general exterior maintenance.
IDEAL candidate would be bilingual English/Spanish and have sprinkler system knowledge or experience.
40 hours weekly/paid weekly/paid holidays/paid vacation after a year/mobile phone allowance/company vehicle or mileage reimbursement weekly. Starting pay $13-$15 per hour depending on experience.
