In need for an experienced individual in all trades. Mechanically inclined and will perform yard maintenance and shop maintenance. This is a single person job opportunity that will work directly with the owner and project manager of the company maintaining different properties.
Duties include, material deliveries to different projects, maintenance of properties, maintenance of shop, maintenance of offices, and maintenance of heavy machinery and regular vehicles.
MUST HAVE A VALID DL.
