With over 300 properties under our care, standards of excellence are set high. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Foreman to lead a crew in the Horizon area. The right candidate should be self-motivated, able to work well with others while following directions, deadline oriented, and preferably bilingual (English and Spanish).
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
A High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Operation of equipment (mowers, line trimmers, blowers, etc.) equipment maintenance, trash/debris pickup and assorted tasks that relate to lawn and landscape maintenance operations.
Responsible for direction of crew laborers in daily operations including quality control, punctuality, and safety.
Must be able to work in varying weather conditions.
Valid Texas Driver’s License, clean driving record, and ability to be carried under employers’ insurance carriers.
3+ years of Landscape Maintenance Foreman experience and knowledge of common landscape maintenance equipment, or 5+ years Landscape Maintenance experience preferred.
Work under the Accounts Managers to oversee the production of a multiple task environment.
Instruct, evaluate, and train employees to perform proper maintenance practices and adhere to company policies and safety practices.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
Must be able to lift 50lbs or more.
Irrigation systems knowledge including troubleshooting and repairing a plus.
