Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist in various construction projects, including fabricating custom woodwork such as cabinets, furniture, and other wooden items.
- Operate a variety of construction and woodworking equipment and tools under supervision.
- Read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans with guidance.
- Ensure all projects meet our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
- Support the construction team as necessary to maintain smooth operations and project timelines.
Work Requirements:
- OSHA Certification.
- Experience with construction or woodworking machinery is advantageous.
- Strong focus on learning craftsmanship, precision, and construction techniques.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
