House Painter and Surface Repair Specialist
Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
We are seeking a skilled and experienced House Painter and Surface Repair Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both painting and surface repair, including stucco repair and drywall work. As a vital member of our team, you will contribute to maintaining and enhancing the appearance and integrity of residential properties.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, patching, sanding, and priming as necessary.
- Repair damaged stucco surfaces, ensuring a seamless and professional finish.
- Perform drywall repairs, including filling holes, cracks, and other imperfections.
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes to surfaces according to project requirements.
- Utilize appropriate tools and equipment to achieve high-quality results efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members to coordinate tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, techniques, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a house painter and surface repair specialist.
- Proficiency in stucco repair and drywall installation, repair, and various textures.
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
