Requirements:
Driver License - Background Check - Social Security Card - List of Experience
Shifts Available:
1st Shift 6 am - 2 pm Weekdays & Weekends
2nd Shift 2 pm - 10 pm Weekdays & Weekends
3rd Shift 10 pm - 6 am Weekdays & Weekends
Summary of Care Provider Position Responsibilities:
Medication management (after training) - Resident Laundry - Resident Bathing/Bathroom assistance - Resident food preparation - Housekeeping.
