Program Manager

Compass Government Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) to provide services to Service Members (active duty, reserve components, and National Guard), Coast Guard, Veterans, and their families at The Psychological Health Center of Excellence (PHCoE). In preparation to bid on this contract, we are seeking qualified candidates willing to be included in our proposal as interested and skilled individuals.The PM oversees the performance of all staff for the successful overall operation of the in-Transition program, to include all outreach efforts, the Call Center, the PHRC, and all data analytic efforts. The PM shall be the single point of contact for communication with Government management and shall be responsible for the following:Job Requirements:Serves as direct point of contact between Government and off-site Call CenterThe PM shall be the single point-of-contact for communication with Government management and shall be responsible for the following:Establishment of the inTransition Program’s policies and proceduresSupervision of all aspects of inTransition Program to include Call Center operations, PHRC, and inTransition Database.Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting with regards to contract performanceIdentification of areas for service improvement.Primary point of contact during emergency situations, andCoordination with Government management regarding implementation, operational, and programmatic issues.Oversee the performance of all contract staff for the successful operation of all aspects of inTransition, to include personnel and operations of off-site Call Center
