Responsibilities include creating effective integrations of multi-source data, validating information, and supporting the development of the Common Intelligence Picture. Create effective integrations and combine information from multi-source data to prioritize analysis
Provide data collection, consolidation, and discovery of multi-source information, including open and closed source data
Validate information and develop tradecraft to build situational awareness for the JTF-N Commander to inform plans and policies related to, and execution of, the mission of JTF-N and USNORTHCOM.
Support JTF-N through the development and sustainment of Common Intelligence Picture (CIP) and generate reports on JTF-N operations and intelligence to consumers of JTF-N intelligence, to include mission partners and higher headquarters
Share expertise with the USNORTHCOM J2 intelligence enterprise to support intelligence operations and capabilities
Support management of analytical databases and systems at JTF-N
Coordinate with staff for data requirements
Assist in development of assessments, evaluations, briefings, and metrics reporting
Manage, route, and leverage classified information, materials, and products
This is an onsite intelligence subject matter expert position located in El Paso, TX
Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required. Candidates without a Top Secret clearance will not be considered.
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university(substantial experience may be substituted for degree)
10+ years of intel experience
8+ years experience developing intel plans and programs
Experience with conducting full data lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design
Experience with analytic tools, databases, and situational awareness displays such as FADE and MIST, Bodhi, Thresher, or Esri
Experience in working with data pertaining to understanding disposition of forces across domains, including ground, air, maritime, or cyber
Experience with operations center and analytic briefing processes and formats, including underlying and supporting data
Experience with maintaining host site CIP/COP with doctrinal Service or Joint Command
Experience with prioritizing data integration efforts for host site data based upon operational need
Experience with conveying various technical aspects to non-technical individuals
Experience with a programing language
Experience with Low-/No-Code programming, including JEMA
Ability to clean large data sets in preparation for use in diverse systems and tools
