Are you ready to help us make the future?About the Role In this role you will achieves successful on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems without direct supervision. You will follow detailed work instructions and amend any outdated or incorrect instructions with help of Engineering teams. You will make improvements to training guides and documentation. You will achieve continuous improvement initiatives in the field to quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment. You will train the customer on proper usage, troubleshooting, and basic repair procedures for complex equipment. You will represent Honeywell at industry conferences and provide technical presentations.Key Responsibilities
Program databases for all supported systems to meet specified sequences of operation and equipment manufacturers recommendations within preventative maintenance agreements and service projects.
Perform calibration and check-out of control systems, and ensures that specified sequence of operations and commissioning obligations are met
Create, modify, and maintain customer user interface system graphics
Instruct customer’s personnel on operation and maintenance of temperature control systems and energy conversation routines
Provide information to update drawings and keep records of equipment for as-built documentation (submit all redlined drafting to application engineers)
Advises service manager and sales representatives of additional sales potential and solicits service contracts while performing start-up, commissioning, and owner training tasks
Generates reactive quotes to meet customers needs for energy optimization, system performance, repairs and upgrades.
Manage service projects, parts ordering, coordination, and subcontractors
Manage service work, maintenance contracts and project scheduling for assigned customer accounts.
Ability to work with little or no supervision
Experienced in 2 or 3 Honeywell service business disciplines – Fire Alarm, HVAC Controls, Access Controls and Security.
Ability to design, develop wiring diagrams, and write sequences.

High School Diploma or equivalent
5+ Years of Experience with Honeywell Products
Valid drivers license
