Cycle Counter

Job Description

The Cycle Counter position is responsible for the monitoring of inventory accuracy within a warehouse environment. Accuracy is maintained and improved by completing daily cycle counts and preforming root cause analysis of inventory deviations.

Daily tasks:

• Cycle count inventory following stocktaking procedures.
• Understand and comply with Bosch stocktaking directives.
• Conduct root cause analysis for inventory deviations.
• Communicate to warehouse personnel and finance department findings of material counts.
• May be required to cross-train on other functions within the team.
• Perform other essential and related duties as may be necessary.
• Operation of industrial equipment, including order picker and forklift on occasion.

Lifting products/materials up to 40 pounds in weight.

Standing, walking, bending and twisting, as required to complete job tasks.

Must be willing to work Monday - Friday on a 1st shift, and extended hours, including Saturdays, as needed.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED from an accreditedinstitution.
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of computer/data entry experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior cycle counting experience.
• Demonstrated high degree of accuracy when transcribing and entering of numerical information into SAP or other ERP system.
• Inventory reporting experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Able to operate powered industrial trucks and other material handling equipment or have the ability to obtain qualification to do so.
