Assist with collecting and maintaining confidential student records. Provides information and creates reports as requested.
Schedules, coordinates, and confirms applicant interviews for all academic programs.
Supports student admission, enrollment, degree completion, and graduation activities.
Provides administrative support on behalf of the FGSBS.
Facilitates the coordination of events such as new student orientation, commencement, and other FGSBS activities.
Processes incoming mail to ensure student applicant package completion.
Handles incoming calls and directs them to the appropriate party.
Supports recruitment efforts representing the FGSBS and promotes its academic programs. Collects and analysis recruitment data.
Adhere to all TTUHSCEP policies, procedures and processes.
Personally demonstrate, display, and act in accordance with TTUHSCEP’s values (Service, Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Advancement, and Teamwork). Actively promote and encourage staff across the institution.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Solid organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure, coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize deadlines efficiently, and be attentive to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
