Key Responsibilities –
Monitoring driver qualification files/DQ compliance
Monitor compliance with the Hours of Service (HOS) regulations through in-house audits.
Assist in vehicle driver training is completed with every active new hire / orientation
Assist in hands on training is completed with every active new driver / elogs
Assist with all aspects of training and provide ongoing training as new initiatives are implemented.
Skills/Knowledge Required
Knowledge of Word/Excel/PowerPoint/HigherRight/Mcleod
Experience DOT / FMCSA regulations preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Duties and responsibilities will be recondition/adjusted to company and department growth.
Experience a plus but not necessary, we are willing to train.
