Requirements:
(1) Knowledge of commercial janitorial industry or facility management;
(2) Bi-lingual: Spanish and English;
(3) Proven record of working with commercial accounts to meet and exceed their day-to-day concerns;
(4) Demonstrated ability to problem solve and work well with cleaning crews and management;
