CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION- Tasks and Responsibilities
As a team member we:
-Must offer the best customer service while interacting with Customers and Sales Representatives daily.
-Answer phones (Have great communication Skills)
-Process payments,via Cash or Credit Card
-Open/Close Store as a Team member
-Take initiative to resolve and escalate any concerns from customers.
-Be self-motivated, responsible, and reliable!
-Participation in meetings is required
-Learn about our products to be well informed and be able to pass that information to the consumer or sales representatives.
-Must be able to work with computers, and adding machines
-Ensure all daily duties are accomplished
